1️⃣ Quality Guarantee & Shipping Damage Policy
30-Day Quality Guarantee (Refund & Replacement Policy)
All items are covered against manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery.
Confirmed defects are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund, including applicable shipping costs.
👉 All claims are subject to inspection and approval.
Shipping Damage Policy (48-Hour Protection)
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The item
- Packaging
After review and approval, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Claims submitted after 48 hours or without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for review.
2️⃣ Returns Policy for Handmade Jewelry
Earrings Return Policy (Hygiene-Sensitive Items)
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings can only be returned if:
- The hygiene seal remains intact
- The item is unused and in original condition
If the seal is broken or removed, the item is non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Necklaces, Bracelets & Rings Return Policy
Non-defective returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unused and unworn
- Original packaging is included
Return shipping costs and original shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer for non-defective returns.

3️⃣ Handmade Jewelry Disclaimer (Natural Variations)
Each Jewea piece is individually artisan-made, meaning slight variations in color, texture, or finish may naturally occur.
These differences are not defects, but part of the authenticity of handcrafted jewelry. Each piece carries its own unique character.
4️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration
- Earrings with broken hygiene seals (unless defective)
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Natural variations from handmade craftsmanship
5️⃣ Refund Policy & Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days.
Please allow an additional 5–17 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
