Once your order is placed, it will be carefully reviewed and confirmed by our team.

At Jewea, each piece is hand-finished rather than mass-produced. After confirmation, your order enters our preparation stage, where we begin crafting, assembling, and inspecting your jewelry with care.

You will receive an email once your order is approved and ready for production.

2️⃣ Crafting & Quality Inspection (1–3 Business Days)

Each order undergoes a careful hand-finishing process before shipment.

This includes:

Hand assembly and finishing
Multi-step quality inspection
Secure packaging for international transit

We prioritize craftsmanship and consistency over speed, ensuring every piece meets Jewea’s standards.

3️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from our studio in Xiamen, China.

Standard International Shipping

United States: 6–9 business days
Rest of World: 10–18 business days
Shipping fee: $5
Free shipping on orders over $59

Estimated total delivery time (including processing):

United States: 9–12 business days
International: 12–23 business days

Most orders arrive sooner than the estimated timeframe.

4️⃣ Duties & Taxes

We ship all orders under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Most small orders pass through customs without additional charges, but policies vary by region.
